With this recent event taking place, the people of Santuario knew they had to hide their discovery. If news of this abundant resource got out, anyone with any type of small military power could force their way into dominating the land. The Santuario goverment gathered a group of islanders and local law enforcement and discussed their plan of action. The Santuario Isle Diamond Protectors were soon born. This was a secret organization, where members swore to never speak a word to anyone about the diamonds or the organization. They are duty bound to protect the diamonds at all cost. Other resources, such as the hotels, casinos and resorts were also heavily upgraded. Their plan was to use these key island stations as a distraction from the major find. Many of the SIDP were stationed in these locations, undercover, to keep an eye and ear on local gossip and to prevent any such information about the diamonds from escaping the island.
