2. On your keyword,

Window Users can press the "Print Screen" key, it may be labeled "PrtScrn".

Mac Users can press Clover-Shift-3. It should save it to your drive and may be labeled "Picture 1"

3. Find and Open up an image editing program, such as window paint, Print Shop Pro or any other good program.

4. You need to PASTE the image into the program by either pressing Ctrl V or using the PASTE feature under the EDIT Toolbar.

5. Clean up the image. Take out all the excess things around your picture.

6. Now you need to RESIZE your image to be as close to 140 pixels wide and 103 pixels high.

7. Save the image as a JPG or GIF and make sure it is 20k or less in size.

8. Now upload your new ScreenShot to your website's directory and take notice of the URL needed to view that image.

9. Now fill in the box labeled ScreenShot on our site for your SCREENSHOT URL. Ex. http://www.yoursite.com/screenshot.jpg

10. Make SURE that the URL points directly to your image and not any html pages. You are Done!
